Sommeltjes pancakes came about because I regularly spend time with my children in the Sommeltjes Forest on Texel. Here, you'll find a colorful and playful environment. The myth of the little goblins who come to life at night is made of stone, and there are painted stones at the entrance to the forest, where visitors add many more every year. The Sommeltjes pancake is made of chocolate and is enriched with the colorful Smarties that are included in the mix. It's a real treat to make and eat them together with the kids :)
